Boom! Some of my favorite House and Dance jams mixed by yours truly for the fine folks at Top Billin and Juno. Stream it above and if you’re feeling any of the tracks, support them HERE!
I originally posted this blend almost exactly two years ago, but with all the interest in Azalea Banks’ “212”, I figured this was worth re-posting. Hope y’all enjoy it.
Big new mixtape from the homie DJ Benzi with a ton of exclusives including some new Emynd stuff. Here’s how Benzi describes the mix:
There’s no flo-rida or mr. saxobeat bullshit here, just classic and soon to be classic dance jams mixed and mangled in the normal Benzi fashion and its jam packed with new exclusives, original remixes, and monster jams including the world premiere of next release on Benzi’s Get Right Records from Solidisco! click the “buy” link above to grab the full tracked out version or just click the link below and leave a commment on yer favorite parts!
Our giant friend Them Jeans provides a gigantic Prog-Dutch remix of Horsey. It’s dope! Stay tuned for download info coming soon. Also, don’t forget to check out his awesome interview podcast TALL TALES where he has funny conversations with interesting people!
I’m usually not a fan of AWESOME-RAP-SONGS-TURNED-INTO-DANCE-JAMS but this is so damn ill. Seattle homie Four Color Zack absolutely murders this rendition of Yola’s classic using just the right combination of samples and vocal chops. I love it!

Meant to blog about these boys 2 Deep a while ago because they did a dope Scott Matelic Remix but in the mean time they’ve definitely hit us with some more heat!
The King of Helsinki and Top Billin mastermind Sir Nenis has blessed us with some editorial work. As he says, “If I don’t have the remix kit, but I choose to remix it anyhow, I have no choice than call it an edit.” So, basically these are awesome remixes that Mr. Nenis is too proud and/or modest to call “REMIXES.” If only we were all so gracious and talented.
Out now on MovelTraxx records is the Remixes EP of So Shifty’s huge tune from Da Movelt Posse Volume 3 “Lift Up Dat.” The EP features 3 huge remixes from our homies DJ Sega, Top Billin’s Sharkslayer crew, and Toy Selectah. Check the tracks above and cop below!
Great new video from Them Jeans for his now classic “Balloons.” His words here:
This is my first music video, directed by an old friend of mine Chris and his partner Bill, who produce videos and many other things under the name Walter Robot. The video stars Chris’ brother Den, as he goes on a wild drug filled adventure through town, ending up in another stereotypical music video club scene. Den is often the muse in all of Chris’ work through the years, but he really gets to shine here. Chris has worked helping raise awareness for people with down syndrome throughout his life with various video projects such as this, and I’m glad to be a part in this strange and awesome experiment.
