In August of last year Morro de Provincia, touted by Brazilian press as Rio’s most violent favela, made news for a different reason: the completion of 28 Millemetros: Women, an installation by French Photographer/Street artist “Jr.” The artist documented women in the Favela and wheat pasted their images on house facades.
